TRG Founder Memberships Holdings Limited (TRGFMH) became the Founder Member for 737 Limited by Guarantee Companies (LBG) around the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022.  This took place as part of a wider arrangement to allow our partners to lend some additional working capital to TRG specifically to allow their Cape Verde resorts to re-open for tourists after the pandemic and therefore to allow the hotels to resume operations and generate rental returns.  We believe our intervention has helped the resorts to re-open which is for the benefit of all property owners.  To be completely clear, as Founder Member of the LBG Companies, we are NOT paid a fee and we are NOT entitled to any income from the properties or other proceeds.  Our owners/partners pay our costs and they in turn earn an income from their finance terms direct with TRG.  Other Members do not contribute to our costs.
